Are your struggling to get your business and brand out there in front of your target markets eye balls? Or maybe you have a super tight budget and cannot afford to hire a professional to come in and do the work for you?

Well then this blog is for you babe.

I am going to share my hot tips on how to get your business and brand out there without having to put on any pants or leave the house!

1. Guest blogging

Now I know a lot of you are groaning already but babe this is such an amazing way to get YOUR BUSINESS in front of your target audience. Get in touch with other bloggers or online magazines that have a similar target market as you and offer to guest write for them. You will be amazed at how many people will jump to the chance to have you on board. Some people will even take previously written and shared blog posts if it will appeal to their target market.

How to get started: sit down and research other bloggers/magazines (basically anyone that has a blog and shares your target market) and reach out to them. Some may even have a contact page specifically for guest writing.

 2. Share content that connects with your target market

This is where knowing your target market is super important (click here to download my dream client profile).

From memes to blog posts and more all content you share must be made with your target market in mind. Nurture them to keep them interested and wanting to know more. Here is where it is also very important to make sure your visual brand is consistent to become recognisable within the overflowing social media feed.

Educate your audience and share share SHARE you knowledge ladies.  How ? blog posts, social media posts. lives and videos as well as newsletters.

3. Set up an subscriber list

No matter what business you are in I believe it is soooo important to have a subscriber list set up so that you can reach out to your audience and nurture them. DON’T spam them with sales newsletters daily but send them content that you know will educate them and help them. Keep it connected to what you do and think about the problem you are trying to solve for your target market.

For example my newsletters are based around helping women feel empowered authentic and kick ass. So all my content is aimed to helping them achieve this whether it is brand or business focused.

I get asked a lot if it is worth having a website. My answer is YES. Something I learnt very early in business was SEO and how powerful ranking in google can be. There is soooo much information out there so it can be very confusing where to start. My suggestion would be to take KATE TOONS 10 DAY SEO CHALLENGE. Its short and sweet and will get you on your way to ranking your website for your chosen keywords. The challenge is under $100 and what you get in return is priceless.

5. Going LIVE!

Cringe I KNOW but going live on Instagram or facebook is a great way to get your pretty face out there and share your knowledge. Prep before you go live. Think about what topic you want to talk about and then list 3 key points you want to cover. A great way to build an audience is to schedule a live and promote it so that people sign up to be notified when you are going to go live.

You can share this within your social media pages and also send it out to your subscriber list.

You can also download your lives and use the content again at a later date such as setting up a VLOG and more.

A great way to also get your business out there is to set up an affiliate program or if it suits your business work with a few influencers you feel resonate with your brand. Make sure you are only working with people who share the same audience as you and represent your brand values and vibe. Be picky and choose wisely.

There are a million ways to get your business out there with little to no cost. Facebook adds are AMAZING but if you are struggling for $$ at the start give the above 6 steps a go and remember consistency is important and a major step into getting your business out there and SEEN.
